| Sublime Sourcery Terms & Conditions of Service 1. “Sublime Sourcery” agrees to source the item/s requested on this form for a fee of £17 - per fragrance/perfume brand sourced. 2. If we cannot find the item/s requested you do not pay any fee. We will however keep the details on file and contact you if the item becomes available in the future - UNLESS YOU INSTRUCT US OTHERWISE. 3. If we find the item/s and you decide not to order it/them, all you pay is the “Sourcing Fee” for the item/s requested. PLEASE NOTE : PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE ITEM HAS BEEN SOURCED. 4. If you order the item/s you will pay:- The sourcing fee plus the order value on placement of the order. We will send you an order confirmation and a receipt for monies paid. 5. We will find you the best price we can. If you know the RRP of the item or the last price you paid (within 3years) please tell us and we will do our best to beat that price. Please note prices are subject to change without notice. 6. We will contact you within 5 working days of receipt of the request form to tell you if we can find the item. 7. We will place the order immediately on receipt of payment (as detailed above). 8. Orders can take anything between 5-20 working days to deliver to you. Please allow for this when placing an order. Please allow extra time at Christmas. 9. The price we quote you includes postage to a (mainland) UK address. Please contact us for international postage rates and information. 10. Returns and cancellations. Returns are only accepted if goods are damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent. Once an order is placed it is not normally possible to cancel it. 11. Payment methods accepted: Cheque, Bankers Draft, Money Order, MasterCard, VISA, AMEX. 12. We will never pass on your personal details to anyone else, except where legally required to do so.
